Thanks Go0ner. I would Keep the Tamron In Mind to,I think the only real advantage of the sigma is the dock for any fine adjustments otherwise I think both offer a lot of bang.

Yes it will have to wait though, I'm broke. I was amazed at the shots Kris used to get with his Tamron-then again, I think Kris could screw on empty Coke bottles and get great shots

The tamron hast the 6 year guarantee, and the the Sigma S and Nikon 200-500 are both around 500€ more expensive. I think the dock will probably make me take the Siggy C, but I might rent all three and see how I get along.
