I dunno, lemme look.
Vivitar 55/2.8 macro lens, looks like. At or around 1:1, f/8. There's a gelled strobe involved, and a flashlight for fill. On a Nikon D3100 body. I think that's about it..

Seems quite dark in the foreground good detail on the center though.
