Laugh, there is some good glass in old film camera lenses & can be had for a tiny fraction of the cost of equivalent modern lenses. The Helios 58/2 is considered by some to be the best come-with-camera lens ever. I have another Russian lens coming, a very tiny Industar 50/3.5 in Chrome finish. It should look real cool on my G1.
