Two Roses that Floored Me!

And yes, the second image is also of a rose, despite the fact that it is trying to pass as a hibiscus. The first one somehow strikes me as so sensual as to be almost NSFW. Got to the L.A. Natural History Museum yesterday and was so impressed by the galleries we visited - minerals and dinosaurs, and by the friendly guides strolling around to answer questions and make suggestions. Then we discovered their rose garden. Magnificent! (Sony a6000 and 16-50 kit zoom)

Nice rose shots, one of my favourite flowers/plants.
