Not likely. The photographer was positioned to the side of the center line of the dome. To bad. It would have been much stronger centered. Most images loose strength being centered but it was called for here. Of course it would have taken more time and a tripod to set up.

Try enlarging the canvas in post and cloning in the top part that is outside of the frame.
