It's worth seen - documentary photography
I was deeply touched by this video. It's just a multimedia project that I strongly recommend to see to all devotees of documentary photography.
The voice-over speaks Russian, but of course you'll find there the same story in English.

Such reaction of this child was totally unexpected for me; he raised his hands and stood paralyzed with terror when I aimed an object glass at him.
- Why did he raise his hands, I asked when the adults came nearer.
- They shot at us, he is afraid.
They speak Russian badly. I came along with them for a long time and could hardly find out that they are from Uzbekistan and now they are living in the forest in the suburb of Novosibirsk.
Few days later when I found their camp and clarified that they are not the Uzbeks, they are the Kurds.
Paterfamilias Misha speaks Russian quite fluently, because he travelled all over our country. He thought people in Novosibirsk to be the most kind and recent years he has arrived right here.
They set about every working, they could find, they gather different things and metal on the rubbish heaps. They were really surprised when I asked do they ashamed to pick up the things thrown away.
- We don’t steal them after all! It is a shame to steal.
Misha didn’t want to tell when and where they became the shooting mark. He told it was many years ago, they will never return there, and their children will forget about it, they will stop to fear.
My little story is about these children, who was shot at and they haven’t forgotten it yet.
