I will be going back maybe this weekend to see if I can get a better shot with my gradiant ND filter. Never thought to try that but I have never had good luck with it either. This shot was taken with 2 ND filters to get the long shutter speed for the "fluffy water" effect. Here it is from a different angle but the lighting really sucks. A little earlier in the day.
