Thats either the CN tower or the Space Needle...and since your from NY..I'll say CN Tower.

So you were in Seattle? Isn`t that thing in Seattle?
I may be from far away, which means it is not quite as easy for me to recognise American landmarks, but I took my guess, then read your location and thought "Can only be wrong, dang!".
