Good Angle....The subject's style seems to be casual, relaxed, yet conservative-The photo 'as is' would be an awesome advertisement photo, but if he or you were to present it as a portrait, showing the whole head would be ideal.

I like the close crop here. I think in this case, cutting off the top part of the head works splendidly. Nice DOF, too, there is nothing that distracts you from the subject's face.
