Unusual Garage Window

Got out for a walk yesterday morning before the rain started. Here's an entertaining garage widow. Fuji X-T3 w/TTArtisan 23mm f/1.4.

Crazy - dead or dying ivy inside the garage, between the window and the curtain? I guess the folks who live there just don't see it!

It does look charming, but is likely a water problem in there.
