Oh yes, they surely are, Peter!
Out of your series I prefer the only horizontal one over all the vertical photos, even though the nicest distortion is to be seen in the first - but in that one I'm not too fond of the top. Though the same "top" is to be seen in the last (the horizontal) photo, it doesn't bother me in that one as much as it does in the first.
