I like the third one best of the three - the colours of the clouds and the silhouettes of the vegetation are great IMHO.

So nice that your employer cares about your photography

1) Great spot but needs straightening
2) My favourite though perhaps point the camera a little more to the left (less tree more sky) would have been awesome. Don't get me wrong though - it is great!
3) Great colours but I feel the vegetation was cut off at the wrong place -on the left. But then it is perfect on the right so why mess with that

Thank you both for the kind words. As far as straightening the first one is concerned I have trouble with deciding shich part should be horizontal. The bridge of the skyline in the background. I always have this issue with photos of this bridge off of this particular bluff lol.

I like 2 and 3. I like the single tree in 2 but the clouds have a better texture in 3. Very nice work.
