Interesting shot. I think a lower POV would help get the pier post to not end into the jetty. Also, it is a little dark, the horizon is crooked, and the bottom right corner is distracting. All easily fixed other than the POV. Not trying to me mean or anything just trying to help you out by pointing out the things that hurt the image so you can make it better.
