I cant decide if cutting part of the graffiti off is a good thing or a bad thing...

In my mind, part of what is appealing about graffiti is what it was done on. I don't feel like I can connect to this photo for that reason.

i agree, i hate cropped or framed shots of graffiti, i want to see the rooftop or the billboard in the shot, tells alot more about and makes it interesting
