Using Ai to do the processing

I took the photo in Kuwait in 93 or 94. I digitised the negative but was unable to use 'traditional' software to denoise and sharpen it as the noise was in the negative not the digital file. I passed the problem to Grok and it turned green, then I used Chat GPT and the result is exactly what I was looking for.

The noise in the original doesn't make it flawed, it creates a certain atmosphere of an evening after a very hot day and the air is still heated from all the sun beaming through it and kinda dusty because of all the day's rush... I like the final result though and I must also say I like the green version as well, it looks like a still from a sci-fi movie, the overall look is very futuristic, especially with those buildings! I'm skeptical about AI editing, the only AI-powered thing I use is Photoglory but it does remove the noise from old images well. Chat GPT makes the images too polished to my taste but food that it worked for you!

You might be right. I had it printed A2 and I am not convinced I like it that polished. I might fix the odd scratch in the original and have it printed to see which I like best, it only costs £5 at work.
