It is a bit nauseating, but in a good way. If that makes sense. Like one of those spinning spiral thingamajigs.

Thanks for the comments everyone. The "distortion" is actually a small gap in the blinds. The variation in lighting is the shadows from the trees and direct sun - not much I can do there.
As for fixing either thing - I find it hard to say whether something small makes a photo better or just different. I saw it and I shot it. That's it. It's interest to me was as much it's randomness as anything. Fixing it or arranging it seemed contrary.
The most thought I put into the photo was the choice of monochrome vs. color and then the toning. If I did it tomorrow, it would be a different color most likely.
I'm sorry for nauseating anyone. On a side note, the lack of distortion from the 85mm always surprises me.

I liked it and that surprised me too so I posted it here to see if it stuck to the wall so to speak.

Sorry, Fred, I will disagree with you on that point. It is the variation in the light that makes this an outstanding image. I keep looking at it, wondering how, exactly he achieved that. The variation keeps the eye moving around the image, looking for the next surprise.
