Am having a hard time trying to figure out this picture. There just isn't enough of the person. my feeling is that it would look better without him. But remember, though, that art is subjective, and this is only my opinion.

Would it have any point of interest if you excluded the person?

And basically it's meant to create a disorienting, dislocating experience, hence the caption Vertigo.
