I think they look a bit low in saturation and sharpness for the web. The original files are not color-managed, so I took the liberty of assigning an sRGB profile and raising the saturation 11 points. Here are my quick interpretations of these three pictures.

The fleshtones still have a touch too much yellow. sRGB profile assigned

cropped a bit, sRGB profile assigned, curves adjusted a bit, sharpened a bit

contrast and curves adjusted just slightly, and a little bit of unsharp masking added, sRGB profile assigned

I much appreciate the cropping Derrel applied to the first two photos (apart from the other things, mostly so adding some sharpness, as the original photos look a bit soft even to my old eyes), as her face is too close to the centre in both originally. Too much headroom, mostly so in 2.
