Video Head-to-Head: Canon 5D III vs Samsung Galaxy Note 3

I just stumbled across this video comparison link on The Online Photographer blog. It's a little under five minutes long, and compares 4k video shot by the Canon 5D Mark III against 4k video shot by the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 smartphone. Tripod-mounted cameras, shooting the same scene, at the same time, with the cameras right next to one another. I was really surprised at which video looked crisper and better.

I'm not a videoshooter and I'm not a canon owner but for me it looks like a fake or advertise video for Galay Note 3 or for 5d were not used optimal settings. I saw mark III videos and they are way much better. I wonder to hear opinion of experienced videographers.
