Stay away from the Phoenix lens if you want quality.

Yes! Even though it may take you an extra week or two to save for a better lense it is well worth it as otherwise you have a cheap lens which fair enough cost you hardly anything but once you look at your pictures they will be crap cause of the cheap lense!
