Voigtlander 15mm f/4 III or FE 16-35mm?

Hi,
Been contemplating in buying wide angle lens for my A7ii but I'm having difficulty to decide which one to buy.

Which lens has better IQ? I know CViii has advantage on the size. On the $ aspect, I think there's not much difference as I still need to buy adapter if I will go for the first one.

Will appreciate your inputs.
