Thanks everyone, this is Waimea pier on the west side of the island. Much smaller and less frequented than Hanelei pier, the other one I've had some pics from.


Conversion was done in silver efex pro

I don't know if its still under construction or not. At the end it's a large concrete block. Very similar to the construction of Hanalei Pier
