I think you need to correct your verticals, most notably in the first photo.

The first one will have converging verticals as a 25mm lens on the 645D is equivalent to 19mm on 35mm. I had a choice between having those or standing in the middle of the road and having lots of street furniture in the shot. Dealing with the convergence would lose me fall the building. The other two the tripod was level and on these angles there isn't much in the way of distortion. There will always be a certain amount on an ultra wide angle.
