Any tips to make this better?

seems i have seen this before somewhere ( something similar )
IMO i think ( which i may be wrong ) that your focus was on the tree's, which works in this shot, but if your focus was on the person in the tree's, then cropping this image so high calls my attention to the top of the photo, not the person. In the end, i dont know what im suppose to be looking at, the tree's and sky or the person. I like the idea, the subject just isnt clear.

I wonder how it would hace looked if you took the picture closer to the ground? also maybe add some colour, maybe red to the persons jacket, it may bring out the picuter just a little bit.

I do like the PP colour, I think it is a nice sepia tone

I agree with Christina about the subject. I also think a tad more contrast might work well in this shot.
