I agree with Pthrift. #3 is the best because of the expression on her face and the fact that she's 3/4 towards the camera. #2 also has a good expression but the pose looks a bit stiff and formal for the circumstances and she's full on the the camera with knees forward. #1 looks as though she's not sure yet if she's happy to see your camera.

Lovely model, hang on to her - loads of potential for shooting there!

Pretty girl nicely captured. White balance looks off in all of them and framing/cropping seems very tight, particularly at the top of the head.

i shot these all with a nikon 50mm on my fuji x-e1 and the camera was having trouble on auto wb, making the images VERY warm. I corrected them a lot but now that you mention it they still do seem a bit too red. I really need to invest in a grey card!
I have a bad habit of cropping to close too, Im always unsure if i I should crop more or not, so thanks for that!
