There are many interesting components, but my eye is firmly attracted by the white clouds in the background, left. So people is somewhat lost. I personally would try to drastically crop right & top, to have ladies closer, but I'm not sure (they would be looking outside the frame... ).

It all seems slightly underexposed and the white clouds DEMAND my attention in this shot.
