Where is this monument located? It does not look like the Netherlands to me...

Thanks! Yeah you're right, it's not in the Netherlands..way too hilly! It's in Stirling in Scotland. That's where I was born.

Really nice and gotta agree with LaFoto...definitely more picture postcard work.
My guess as to location would have been Rhine valley....surprised it was Scotland.
