Hello,
I just wanted to share some picts. These are the first ones I tried to edit in photoshop.

Here is the original tree one, not sure if it looks better edited or not.

The edited tree looks better.

In #1, I think the boy is too centered. It might have been better if the boy & his shadow were in the lower left corner; which would kind of lead our eyes where he is going instead of where he is.

i actually like the original better . . . i like seeing the background . . . however the edited one may be better and my monitor just isn't showing the details it should.

Hey tab, don't be shy. Share them in the General Gallery, that's what it is there for. As I understand things, "The Beginners' Place" is more designed for questions and answers ... and the galleries are for displaying our photos, see?

I'll move the thread for you, ok?

And hey, I like the edit of the tree picture ... I can still see quite a bit of detail in the rock formations behind that tree and find it a tad too glowing in the original version.

Nicely seen scene in No. 1!
