Watching people watching people

I love parades.
We were at the corner where the parade started and each segment moved up to the corner and waited until there was sufficient space after the previous group and then the marshal would signal them to swing round the corner and start their music.
I could look across the way and see people really looking hard at other people and seemingly oblivious that other people are looking at them.

I like to watch the people too at parades. So I do both splitting my time with the parade.
