Water droplet on lens

Hi,

I was hoping someone may be able to advise. I took the attached photo today, but as you can see there was a raindrop on the lens (actually 2, but the second isn't as noticeable). Any advice on whether this can be fixed using Photoshop, and if so how?

I'm no Photoshop expert, in fact I'm a complete newbie to Photoshop. but I recently watched a tutorial where they used the brush feature, on a COLOR layer and painted the correct color over the haze, but retained texture in the area. Perhaps that would work here?
