This flower i know; even though it looks nice to see them fully bloomed on a waterbody all over, its close up shots do not turn much impressive; i too had that experience

I have this flower all over the pond in front of my house... thanks for your critique.. we learn by our experiences.. don't we..

You shot this looking down. You didn't even capture what makes water hyacinths beautiful...that little spot of blue and yellow on the inside of the flower. Try to get an uncommon angle of view. Try to show what's interesting.
