http://www.godaddy.com is the best place I've found to register domain names cheaply. I currently have 10 domains registered with them.

The best place I've found for hosting is http://www.westhost.com they have great tech support.

Bravenet pimps my domain name, and they are AWFUL! But they hold my domain for ransom, so there isn't much I can do about it.
I host with BluDomain though, and they are wonderful.

Don't mean to thread jack but once you get the domane name and hosting is there a template to build the webpage. I am not exactly skilled in computer stuff...

There are zillions of sites with templates but you really have to know your stuff. It was waaaaay cheaper and more hassle free for me to have mine built.

They have it so people can order prints from a few places off that site but I dont think you make any money off it. what im doing is trying to sell the image via private folders with passwords. But this is new to me so I dont know if thats the best way yet.

They have a free trial, go set one up and play around with it. its easy.
