Personally these pictures are far from professional, however that's my opinion. What lenses are you shooting with?
I can see harsh flash in pic 1 and 3. I would not be happy with these. Sorry

Bounce the flash and I would use the "Black foamy thingy". And a nice lens to blur out the back nicely

Use a wider aperture. Also the frame compositions(2,4) you have really aren't that good.
