I never use editing-program Affinity Photo for tricks, wanted to try filter 'shear' because I cannot find a plugin that creates this crazy effect. The program crashed using the filter, so better not try this at home!

Looks very much like Dutch sweets we call TUMTUM

We call them gum drops or spice drops depending on if they are the fruity or "spicy" flavors.
