I like 2, personally i would crop about 1 inch off the top as i dont think the far shore line is needed. They are quite nice shots but most of the horizons are crooked.

I will straighten the horizons tomorrow, thanks for catching that.

For #2, I thought about that, but to do so would require cutting off the legs at a joint which would be much worse than having excess shoreline IMO.

#3 is great. love the stance of the shoes, the depth of field works perfectly and overall just a great composition.

#5 as well. incredibly interesting photo. makes me question at first what it is, had i not seen it with the set. very beautiful.

i really enjoy looking at your photography! you seem to gravitate towards teh same subject matter as i do. i can tell you have much more practice though. :D i'm hoping to get out today, despite the crappy weather.

A tid-bit too dark. But HDR would work well here.

I actually don't have that much practice. This was only my second attempt at this type of photography.

This was my first:

Wow i love the colors and the whole setting. Great sunset

i dig number 5. also, i have those same vans lol.

#5 or #2?

Yeah, I actually started out trying to compose the rock trail by itself, and as I was doing so, my goof-ball girlfriend was hopping around from rock to rock. As she was hopping around I snapped a few shots, and it actually turned out much better with her in it. Gotta love that

i really like #2, i would try it in Black and white too

As always, here are the revised edits with your inputs applied and a few small tweaks.

Bakko, I included a B&W version of #2 for you. Good call by the way, I like it a lot.
