Any idea on how to reduce that haloing? This is 5 shots in 1 exp increments. Also, the skies are always grainy after running it through photomatix, not sure on that either
I don't have a lot of experience with HDR, but I do own photomatix and have done a couple. I don't use as many exposures, and I know photomatix has a thingy to help with haloing. My HDRs have been indoors though, so I don't know. I'm sure someone else can help you though!

I did a set very similar to this. To reduce the amount of processing and haloing, in Photomatix, reduce the strength slider quite a bit until you find something with less haloing, etc.
Haloing in general may not be a bad thing for this type of subject matter if you're going for a moody/spooky feel, but the HDR processing you used really tweaked the sky and colors of everything.
Here are some I took that are heavily processed cemetery shots as well, but with slightly different end results. Cemetery After Rain - a set on Flickr
You may or may not like my results but I lowered the strength, then added sharpness after Photomatix.
