what can i do ?

what do i need to do differently to get rid of some sky?
i think a better lens as this was taken about a mile and a half away with a 40-150. i will leave it open to any comments...

to get less sky just crop the image...Doing that would make the image that much better

i was thinking that there was a better way to shoot that shot from the beginning,but i guess ps was the easiest way to fix it...........

Two other options would have been to lower your camera and shoot the lower portions of the buildings in the foreground or to lower yourself to obtain a lower POV. Either way, but I'm not getting the warm and fuzzies with the truncated buildings in front (row houses?).

You should see what it looks like when you crop the houses out, then mess with the colors...make it unique and stand out...
