Though I will say the higher vibrancy and contrast of the thumbnails I think suits them more than their more natural muted effects when viewed larger.
 
The question is, is it more or less work, time, and money than going to places that actually have awesome landscapes? :P either way, cool effect! I don't know if I'd have the patience
 
I'm looking for a tank for some product shoots, but that link looks interesting
 
AND a meticulously constructed landscape. I can't decide if the main artistry lies in the creation of those landscapes in there, or the photography!
Any way around it it is someone with a LOT OF time on their hands!
They're really very cool! I too like the contrast of the thumbnails. TFS!
