Horizon's crooked, but that's the only complaint I have!

Sorry but the settings are way off. The sky is too dark and it has a halo. Also the sidewalk on the right has the same halo. This is just a small adjustment with the smoothing slider. As for the composition, well it doesnt do anything for me. If the car is lopsided because of a flat tire, then maybe it should have been shot from behind so we can see the flat. Then no explanation would be necessary.

You have some major halo issues going on in the sky and some strange color cast which I think are being caused by tone reversal.

Halo in the sky or dirty clouds is from sliding the Highlight Smoothing too far to the right. Back off until you get what you want. Its interactive so you can see it as it changes.
