I think it's too busy and soft. Trying cropping in a little closer where the trees act as an internal frame for the man sitting on the bench - I can actually see 3 different pictures cropped from this because of the activity. Maybe a little sharpening as well.

I have to agree. Very busy. Also, that front tree, because you cut it and you can't see the bottom, it takes your eye away from the picture. Work on composition. Good luck.
