Windows 10 has Movie Maker part of it's operating system software. I use Adobe Premiere Elements to create slide show videos which I burn to DVD. You can also burn to BluRay if your computer has the hardware drives. When burning 4k video slide shows for my 4k UHDTV, I dump the file on a memory card to play through the TV's USB drive. Some of my movies are over 4gb DVD size. If you're just looking to dump photo files onto a DVD, I use either ashampoo or Cyberlink. I think both a free versions. Check with cnet.
