Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
May be a silly question, but i use manual mode all the time, i fiddled with the exposure comp. on a different setting when i first got the camera, however on manual it goes straight to AEB. What is it and how does one use it??

Auto Exposure Bracketing. You have to go into your menu and indicate you want to use that feature, then determine how many expsoures you want and at what spacing. This will be camera driven. I.e. some allow only 3 exposure some more. You have to fire the shutter but it makes the changes without you making the changes.

It is very important for some when doing HDR.

Nathan, it is telling your camera to take these shots

If you are one shot shutter, you need to press the shutter 3X. If you change it to burst mode, keep pressing the shutter and it will take 3 in a row if im not mistaken. Better yet, use burst mode and timer. It will take all 3 when the time hits 0. It will also work with a remote shutter.

you also have time bracketing and iso brackeing, in some camera ofcoarse

So it takes 3 different exposures at once? Is that how you get the different exposure photos for the HDR images?

Yes, using a tripod. It is still possible to do hand held if the shutter speed is really fast so you take the 3 exposures in under 1 second.

Well, technically not "at once", but in quick succession. Just to be clear.

So if i have the AEB on so +/- 1 and take a continuous 3 shots, itll do 3 different exposures??

yes at 0,-1,+1. It will snap 3X.

you don't have to use AEB to take multi images for HDR. it can be done manually.
