What is causing this?

I shot this in RAW.

I do all of my editing on my phone

Editing software on the hone is NOT built to edit raw files. If you want to edit on you phone then you need to give your phone jpg or tiff files.

Have you verified the pixel dimensions of your final image to what your camera is supposed to be creating at?

i.e., if your camera is supposed to be 3000x2000 pixels, is that what your final edits are being saved at (minus any cropping)?

I'm pretty sure. I always export in the largest size

If you're manually changing the size as you export, you may be masking the problem.

If your camera is, say, 3000 x 2000 pixels, and you don't crop during editing, when you export (or save), the image should be 3000 x 2000 pixels.

Problem with streaked vertical lines

Investigate 'pattern noise'.

IIRC the Canon T1, 2, 3,i series were susceptible to having pattern noise.
