What is this?

Can someone identify this for me? This came running across at my inlaws and they want to know what it is. This was a grab and shoot real quick....didn't have shoes or a jacket on.

Anyways this is in Northern Kentucky in a heavily wooded and hilly area.

Yep, coyote. I read recently that they are found in every county in the US.

Its a Prairie Wolf.....................justs sounds better than a Coyote.

Thanks everyone. Yeah I do like prairie wolf...it may catch on. I guess we have to keep an eye on the dogs with this coyote running around.
