What lighting is used in this editorial?

One of my favorite photographers is Vincent Peters. His use of lighting is extremely unique. I've been looking over alot of his work recently and his images have a very "vintage" look to them. I was just curious if anybody had a slight guess as to what type of equipment he's using in the editorial here.

Also how much of this image is added to post-shot?

I'm not expecting anybody to know the exact details, just what you think on how this image came to be with it's lighting and possible after effects.. Thanks
