What's a better upgrade, given my needs? (Lens vs. Body)

As I continue to get into more event photography (i.e. weddings, senior photos, business portraits, engagement photos), I'm recognizing the need to make sure I have the right equipment. Given the gear I have below (in my signature)...I'm looking for advice on which upgrade to make: upgrade to a better body (probably a 5D mark II or III), or invest in a faster, more versatile lens like the 200mm f/2.8L.

A 5D3 will be a HUGE upgrade. Going to full-frame is the one time where a new body can make a bigger difference than new glass.

That's the general feeling I've been getting. Is there a significant difference in the Mark II vs. III though? Obviously, the II would be easier for me to afford right now but I don't want to have to find myself having to upgrade again at least for a few years.

Do you shoot anything that moves? Besides the slightly better noise handling, the 5D3 has an amazing autofocus system that just puts the 5D2 and its one cross-type AF point to shame.

I'd like to be prepared for all types of shoots, from portraits to shooting sporting events.

if you shoot events in low light or sports then the mark 3 is your best friend :), specially if its low light sports. then you need the best focus system you can get your hands on.
