I've got my 7D, a Minolta 50mm 1.7 Rokkor-X, a T4i (will be a permanent addition soon), Tamron 17-50 f2.8, and some miscellaneous other junk in the Pelican that Pixmedic donated in a thread about a year ago now. What does your loadout look like?

Edit: forgot to add a pair of speedlights that usually reside in the empty space

Domke black messenger bag; Nikon D3x body with 2,500 frame-capable battery; Nikon SB 800 speedlight with fifth-battery compartment added; five extra AA batteries, and two TTL cords, SC-17 and SC-28, joined together half the time;Nikkor 80-200 f/2.8 AF-S zoom with hood, 85mm f/1.8 AF-S G lens with hood, Fuji S5 Pro body with body cap but no lens; 50mm f/1.8 AF-S G lens with hood; I will add additional lenses as-needed. Most often added is the 105mm/2 DC or 135mm /2 DC, or the 24mm f/2.8 AF-D lens.

I've got a lowerpro flipsside 200 so I'm kinda space limited. I tend to prep are it before I go and swap items I don't think I'll need with ones I might. Currently in my bag is:

Gripped 7D
18-55mm f4-5.6
28-105mm f3.5-4
nifty fifty
70-300mm f4-5.6
1, 2 and 3 stop nd/gnd filter kit
10 stop ND filter
CPL
infra red filter
Black rapid curve strap
spare battery
Macro extension tubes
reversing ring
Filter holder
step up rings (52 and 58mm)
Yonguno wireless triggers
Wired shutter release
Battery charger
USB cables
Spare CF card
pencils, pens
Multi tool
Velbon Sherpa tripod strapped to the outside with a bit of creative paracord work
Tripod quick release plate

I guess I'm doing it wrong. My camera and the attached lens are not in the bag. Lenses, flashes, spare cards, spare batteries etc. are in the bag. The camera is either on the truck seat in easy reach or at my left side on a Black Rapid strap.

Leica M4P, M4-2, Sony A7, 50mmF1.5, 35mF2.5, 28mmF2, minolta v lightmeter, 4 rolls b+w film 2 rolls colour film 1 roll slide film, pen and note pad, all in a small Billingham Hadley Pro
