What's the correct exposure of this moon shot?

Which picture is correctly exposed? These are all straight out of the camera. Also, there's one shot in between each of these shots on my computer if the correct exposure is in the middle of one of these two shots. Thanks!

I would say that they are all underexposed.

I just didn't want the moon to get that burned white look.

The first one that you jsut posted is closest. But raising the exposure that much creates grain. And I don't like moon shots with navy sky around them. Heh. XP

First one is the best as far as exposure goes. You can probably get it brighter.
You can get it really bright and still not lose any detail.

You want it bright. After all, it's the moon.

Nice. What magnifier did you use? I shot mine at 300mm

200mm 100% crop. If you are using a cropped sensor, you can get a much better shot than the one I posted.

I'm guessing I have a full frame sensor? I have a D3100

Nope, same crop factor as my camera. Yeah so you could easily produce much more detailed shots.
Don't be afraid to magnify your crop in post production.

Because your focus is off. Are you sure you are shooting @ 300mm? If you are, than my crop was 200%.

I was on a tripod. Hm, maybe I should turn off VR and use a cable
