what's the difference?

i was looking at these 2 lenses and was wondering if someone can tell me what the differences are.

The top lens - the one with APO coatings - is an upgrade of the lower lens and because of the APO coatings it is able to achive a greater level of sharpness, especailly at the longer focal lengths between 200mm and 300mm.

I have no idea about the AF and AF-D difference as I don't speak Nikonian

AF-D gives distance info to the camera, in short - get the first one.
