As someone once commented on this picture, I was trying to show the Jungian duality of man...
Hope you guys like it.

All props were done in camera. The liquid in the bottles was coloured with food dye.

Post was mainly D&B and the free transform tool to caricature the face. I also added the light on the head torch and the nebuliser.

Lighting info -
SB 80 in a 28" softbox, boomed overhead and another SB80 in a 28"softbox @ camera left.

Cheers guys. Yeah there was a lot of editing and I am still trying to fine tune my style i have applied here.

Very good editing! I really like it, the only thing i may try and look at is the teeth. Maybe try and dull them down a little bit? IDK something just looks "off" about them, maybe they are too white. But otherwise, this is great!
